Parent Table Cell Aligned

The DOCTYPE:

    "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">

The Text in this table is aligned center only in IE6.

If you have IE6 and do not see center aligned Text, you have an early beta versioin that did not have this bug.

The Bottom Graphics table shows how bad it can really get!
